Landscape Architecture

Our landscape design service is rooted in our team’s broad experience and practical knowledge. From early stage concept development through planning submission and discharge of conditions we work with project and client teams in an integrated manner to deliver exciting landscapes. Through detailed design our expertise in both planting and hard landscape design ensures concepts and principles are realised, whilst working within scheme budgets and programme.

Education

TACP has extensive experience working within the education sector for both local authorities and as part of contractor led design teams. We see both the internal and external landscape as a vital element of staff and pupil experience and a valuable teaching resource.

Residential

TACP work in varying sectors from social housing through to bespoke high end residential homes and small country estates. Where our landscape design and ecological experience often combine in achieving planning permissions that would otherwise have proved difficult.

Public Realm

Our Public Realm service incorporates years of knowledge and experience to design quality communal spaces that help to establish healthier, safer, and connected communities. We work holistically with specialists, multi stakeholder groups, and communities to put in place careful planning that is sensitive to elements of the local landscape, environment, culture, and heritage.

Hotels and Leisure

TACP has worked throughout the hospitality and leisure sector from hotels in country settings to resort hotels with timeshare developments often associated with leisure and golf courses. We have also worked on sports facilities such as football and rugby training complexes.

Healthcare

TACP is currently working on hospital redevelopment and refurbishment programmes with an expanding emphasis on dementia and care home gardens. We are able to bring our expanding knowledge to bear in providing inclusive and stimulating gardens in a variety of settings.

Community Involvement

TACP has a longstanding involvement in developing community links and benefits as part of our day to day project work. We have co-ordinated and participated in volunteer planting for Community Orchards and habitat creation areas and frequently provide school and further education talks and practical demonstrations broadening environmental awareness and involvement.

Green Projects

TACP has been involved in a variety of Green Projects from Cycle Strategies to school community gardens. Often being involved with community liaison and design development with the stakeholders. Cycle strategies have been developed through the UK.
